At Aethon, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our backpacks. Our Warranty guarantees that every Aethon products is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship of the product.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials and workmanship .
- Functional damage caused by manufacturing defects.
What is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Dents on wrinkles forming on the fascia overtime
- Colour peeling and fading over time.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the backpack.
Warranty Period: The warranty lasts for twelve months from the date of purchase, provided the product was purchased from an authorized Aethon dealer.
Making a Claim:
- Contact our support team at support@aethon.co.in with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Include photographs of the defect, if possible.
- Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the warranty process.
Warranty Service: If your claim is covered by our warranty, Aethon will repair the product at no charge or replace it at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may replace it with an equivalent item or offer a credit toward a new Aethon backpack.
